Our coaches help clients: establish goals build accountability develop healthy habits strengthen recovery skills improve personal wellness.
Recovery coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or legal advice.

No Medical or Clinical Advice: Renewed Recovery does not provide: medical diagnosis mental health treatment psychotherapy crisis counseling emergency services substance abuse treatment medication management Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice. 4. Crisis Situations: Our coaches are not emergency responders. If you are experiencing: suicidal thoughts thoughts of harming others medical emergencies psychiatric emergencies Call 911 or your local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
5. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian. By using this website, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
6. Coaching Relationship: Recovery coaching is a collaborative relationship. You understand that: results vary from person to person; success depends on your own participation and effort; no specific outcome is guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and recovery.
7. Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting Renewed Recovery directly. Clients are responsible for: arriving on time providing accurate contact information maintaining internet access for virtual sessions Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
8. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("No Show") may result in forfeiture of the session. Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies at our sole discretion.
9. Refund Policy: We strive to provide high-quality coaching and educational services.
A) Individual Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions may be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are generally non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Coaching Packages If a coaching package has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once coaching services have begun, refunds are generally not available for completed sessions. Unused prepaid sessions may, at our discretion, be refunded on a prorated basis minus any sessions already completed and any applicable administrative fees.
B) Memberships: Membership fees are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Membership payments are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing. Your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital content, downloadable materials, courses, and educational resources are nonrefundable once access has been granted. Exceptional Circumstances Renewed Recovery reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or transfers on a case-by-case basis.
10. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved electronic payment methods listed on our website. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
