Jayce Grefrath
President
While Jayce is an engineer by trade, he is a passionate community builder with over a decade of ministry experience. Jayce valuable provides oversight and ideas for the direction of the ministry.

Vice President
Buck is also an engineer who brings his skills of processes and oversight to our programs. Buck was involved from the beginning of Renewed Recovery. He also remains involved by leading men's recovery groups.

Sean Osterman
Treasurer
Sean is an accountant by trade and helps Renewed Recovery have financial oversight and accountability. He also helps us use our resources wisely and implement cost effective ideas for the ministry.

The Team
Shayne Priddy
Director of Programs
Shayne currently oversees and facilitates our men's recovery programs. He has over 12 years of experience managing recovery programs for Rescue Ministries in the greater Rochester area. He can help you go beyond sobriety and into lasting recovery. Shayne currently holds a B.S (Psych), Gen. Cert, CRP-A & SARC I&II Cert.

Brian Borrelli
Recovery Coach (Drugs/Alcohol)
Brian was brought on to Renewed Recovery for his diverse background and experience. With over 10 years of sober living from drugs and alcohol, his recovery journey will inspire your own. He has facilitated a 12-Step recovery ministry for over 5 years, and has been helping men to achieve and maintain sobriety in small groups and one-on-one sessions. He can help you build a reliable recovery plan using over 12 Genesis Tools and coach you in your own journey. Brian currently holds a CCAR (Recover Coaching Certification)

Chelsea Priddy
Recovery Coach (Food)
Chelsea has helped over 900 men and women achieve healthy weight loss goals. You can rely on her experience and knowledge of how to create a sustaining diet that works for the long term. She is passionate about helping people change the way they relate to and view food. Chelsea currently holds a Genesis Cert.

Statement of Faith
We believe God offers eternal life as a free gift not based on our works and that it is received by faith alone through God’s grace alone.
We believe the only way a person can have a true, forgiven relationship with God is through Jesus's willing sacrifice on the cross.
We believe the Church of the Jesus Christ is a local body of believers on mission to enlarge God’s kingdom by announcing the good news. The Church should also help meet the needs of the body of believers.
