Aftercare Program
How it works...
Our Aftercare Program was created to help Churches, Recovery Programs and Communities with limited resources.
Our certified Recovery Coaches will help people reach long term recovery. This program is entirely remote utilizing our Text Line, The Faster Scale App and our Website. Members will continue to learn valuable tools to help their recovery process and book sessions as needed through our convenient online portal.
Step 1
Sign your agency up for our Aftercare Program membership options. Once your agency is a member, you can refer clients to us who need Recovery Coaching. Recovery Coaches will reach out to referrals that you send us via email, phone or the text line with directions on how to use our services.
Step 2
Once verified through a unique pin assigned to your agency, our Recovery Coaches can work with them.

- Members receive Recovery Support for up to 6 months.
- Members get a FREE Faster Scale Account.
- Members get FREE access to our Recovery Community and resources.
