Recovery doesn’t end when treatment ends—it’s where the real work begins. R60 Aftercare provides flexible, ongoing recovery support designed to help you build a healthy, sustainable life while navigating work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

Whether you meet with us remotely or in person, R60 Aftercare allows you to schedule support around your life—not the other way around. Our certified Recovery Coaches provide practical, peer-based guidance, accountability, and relapse-prevention tools to help you stay connected to your recovery goals.

Enroll into R60-Aftercare

Fill out our enrollment intake form. We can work with organizations or with individuals. For more information see the Q& A below.

Download the App

After enrollment is completed, we'll send you instructions on how to download the Faster Scale App we use for this program.

Meet your Coach

We will pair you with your coach for the duration of your program. Your coach will check in with you on the Faster Scale App Platform.

R60-Online (Agency Membership)

This membership provides online Recovery Coaching for Churches, Recovery Centers and Communities. Once a member, you can send referrals to us as needed throughout the year. Your membership will automatically renew yearly unless you cancel. We have monthly payment options or yearly membership.
