Supported Membership

Our Supported Membership offers comprehensive, personalized support to help you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals. It includes:

  • Weight Loss Plan PDF
    A complete plan covering weight loss and maintenance, relapse prevention tools to help you stay on track, and general wellness resources.

  • 1:1 Initial Coach Meeting (60 minutes)
    A personalized session with Chelsea to review your goals and create your custom weight loss plan.

  • Weekly 1:1 Coach Meetings (15 minutes)
    Ongoing weekly coaching calls with Chelsea to track progress, make adjustments, and stay accountable.

  • Daily Messaging Support (Monday–Friday)
    Send daily weight updates and receive support or guidance as needed for accountability and progress. (Less frequent check-ins available upon request. Communication via community messaging or email.)

  • Weekly Group Meetings
    Participate in a live group call each week focused on applying tools and resources, asking questions, and reflecting on your week by discussing your recent wins, any setbacks or barriers you encountered, and your motivation or focus for the upcoming week.

  • Access to the Online Community
    Connect with peers for support, encouragement, and recipe ideas. Includes access to a live chat for in-the-moment connection.
