Aftercare Program for substance use disorder. This is a flexible 6 month program that is focused on helping those in recovery stay in recovery. Each client is paired with a Peer Support Coach for 6-12 months. Coaches reach out 1x a week and schedule 1x a month video call.

Meet Your Coach (Brian Borrelli)
Brian was brought on to Renewed Recovery for his diverse background and experience. With over 10 years of sober
living from drugs and alcohol, his recovery journey can inspire your own. He has facilitated a 12-Step recovery ministry
for over 5 years, and has been helping people to achieve and maintain sobriety in small groups and one-on-one sessions.
He can help you build a reliable recovery plan using over 12 Genesis Tools and coach you in your own journey.
Brian currently holds a CCAR (Recover Coaching Certification).Â
